Our experienced Technicians are trained to maintain your site. The Property will be reviewed by a Supervisor and the Owner on a regular basis.

The Guaranteed Maintenance Contract includes:

  • Guaranteed Maintenance

  • Check Moisture Level

  • Water as Needed

  • Clean Live Plants & Containers

  • Replace Top Dressing as Needed

  • Pruning and Trimming

  • Fertilization Program

  • Check for Infestations

  • Treat any Infestation Problems

  • Guarantee all Plants unless damaged by Client
